Commercial Spaces, Built with Intention
Edgewood Collective brings the same rigor to commercial spaces that defines our residential work: an owner's-rep discipline, a builder's precision, and a designer's eye for how people actually move through a room. We aren't a general contractor who happens to take commercial jobs. We're a design-build studio that looks for spaces with real character, and the potential to become something a little unexpected.
We're selective about where we invest our attention. The projects that excite us most are tenant improvements with bones worth uncovering, restaurants and bars where the design has to carry the experience as much as the menu does. Fitness spaces built around how a body actually moves through them. They're the spots that get remembered, the ones a guest describes to a friend before they describe the food or the workout.
That's where we do our best work: unusual footprints, underused buildings, concepts that need a design-build partner who can see the finished space before the walls come down. From concept through construction, we manage the full arc so our clients can stay focused on the business they're building inside it.

Introducing Casa Dulce
Casa Dulce started as a steel shell and open framing, a blank box with nothing to say yet. Edgewood Collective took it from there, managing design and build from concept straight through to soft launch opening day.
The brief was a proof of concept: a space unique enough to anchor a future expansion on the Strip, built to show what a concept could become before betting bigger on it. We partnered with HL Workroom on the interior design, working from architecture plans already in hand toward a retro Mexican look pulled from the 90s, warm and a little nostalgic, built to feel lived in from day one. Concept to finish took three to four months, with Edgewood handling the full tenant improvement scope, plumbing and electrical included.
By day, Casa Dulce is a coffee shop with handmade Mexican ice cream and fresh pastries. By night, the same room turns into a bar, pouring espresso martinis and margaritas for a different crowd entirely. One space, two lives, and a first look at what Edgewood Collective can build when a client is ready to open something the Strip hasn't seen before.

In the works: Tandoor District Indian Resturaunt
Edgewood Collective is currently in build-out on Tandoor District, an Indian restaurant taking shape with the same design-build approach behind Casa Dulce. Here's a sneak peek at the design concept, developed in collaboration with HL Workroom.
This is what Edgewood Collective builds - not just homes and restaurants, but complete environments. Every room a decision. Every material a commitment. Every space a reason to stay.
